Hi everyone. I just wanted to remind those who don't know yet that NV Access realized the last stable version of NVDA!
There is a lot of new exciting features but I wanted to mention for now the new review modes which somehow could be compared to the actions of Jaws cursors or mouse mouvements on Window-Eyes.
I don't want to enter here again on the debate of screenreaders but in my opinion this review modes are more easy to use and more user friendly!
Anyways, we have the tool for free and yes this updates didn't cost anything for us users. Equal access to computers, that's what we are talking about!
!I really love this new review modes and had great success in programs that NVDA was not very capable such as Avast.
With this new review modes you really can navigate on the screen without limitations as well as document navigation and object navigation.
But remember before thinking that some screen reader doesn't do this or that, it's normally a good idea to read the manual and learn calmly how to do things. Having a contact with a new screen reader always takes time, frustrations etc but with NVDA it's really worth it!
I am really exciting with the results I am getting with this new version.
